PROCELL microchanneling

If you are looking for a quick way to improve the appearance of your fine lines, uneven skin tone, wrinkles, acne as well as acne scarring, with virtually no downtime the Procell Microchanneling is the solution for you!

This treatment is the most effective and non-invasive skin rejuvenating procedure that helps to improve a variety of skin issues and keeps the skin looking and feeling younger.

ProCell Microchanneling therapies are absolutely safe and side effects are uncommon when being performed by knowledgeable and trained professionals, such as the G Skin Desire team.

WHAT IS IT?

Micro-channeling is a safe, chemical-free method that triggers new collagen production in the skin.

The procedure makes uniform holes in the outermost layer of your skin, the same size & the same depth, without damaging or scratching your skin.

These tiny holes, also called as channels, are the perfect way to get healing products into your skin, such as the ProCell serum which has stem cell technology. This treatment is clinically proven to increase collagen & elastin production, which in turn increases the thickness of the skin while improving the appearance of wrinkles, uneven skin tone & texture, fine lines, acne scars/surgical scars, stretch marks and more.

treatment areas:

  • Uneven skin tone & texture
  • Fine lines & wrinkles
  • Acne scars/surgical scars
  • Stretch marks
  • Enlarged pores
  • Hyperpigmentation
  • Rosacea
  • Dull-looking skin complexion
  • Lost elasticity

how many treatments are recommended?

For light anti-aging treatments, 1 to 2 treatments may be sufficient but for deeper wrinkles & scarring, you may require 4 to 6 treatments to achieve desired results.

An interval of 3 to 4 weeks between treatments is typically recommended and you can see the results 2-3 weeks after your treatment.

How long does ProCell Microchanneling last?

The treatment can last anywhere from 2 to 10 years, depending on clients age and lifestyle.

Hydrodermabrasion

Hydrodermabrasion is a new procedure that also exfoliates skin. It differs from microdermabrasion because it employs saline solution and oxygen rather than microcrystals. With hydrodermabrasion, the device sprays a supersonic jet of water droplets, which peels away the top layer of the skin. The result is similar to a microdermabrasion treatment, but it also has the added benefit of improving circulation and hydrating the skin. This procedure also boosts collagen production, which has an anti-aging effect on the skin.

  • Uneven skin tone or texture
  • Acne scars
  • Dull luster
  • Melasma
  • Minor, fine lines
  • Clogged pores
  • Blackheads

how to prepare for treatment

You should avoid direct sunlight after receiving treatment. You should also use gentle cleansers and moisturizers, drink plenty of water, and keep an eye out for any prolonged redness or irritation. Some people may require multiple treatments to achieve the best results. If you are trying to decide between these two procedures, a consultation with a skin expert will help identify the ideal solution for your unique needs.

Microdermabrasion

With microdermabrasion, we use a handheld wand that sprays microcrystals on the face to exfoliate the skin. The abrasive crystals slough off dull, surface-level skin cells, revealing the fresher, younger skin underneath. The procedure is minimally-invasive. Outside of some redness and sensitivity to sunlight, there are virtually no side effects other than smoother, refreshed skin.

Dermaplanning

Dermaplaning is a procedure that exfoliates your skin and gets rid of dirt and vellus hair, better known as “peach fuzz.” It’s to not be confused with dermabrasion (uses a high-speed, rotating brush to exfoliate the skin). The following are the treatment benefits:

  • Removes unwanted peach fuzz
  • Removes dead skin cells
  • Reduces the appearance of acne scars
  • Reduces dark spots and wrinkles
  • Decreases signs of aging
  • Helps skin absorb topical treatments readily

HOW TO PREPARE FOR TREATMENT

Avoid sun exposure, stop exfoliating.

Had a Breakout? Time To Reschedule

Although one of the fantastic benefits of skincare treatments like dermaplaning is a reduction in the appearance of acne scars, the treatment isn’t appropriate for skin with active acne.
